While the home buying or selling experience is more in line with type 2 fun we can definitely say Eric made the process the best we could have hoped for. We utilized his expertise to sell our old “dream home” and purchase a new one to fit our growing family. Buying my first home was an easy, enjoyable process with Eric as my realtor.

I didn't know the first thing about buying a house. I had been a renter my whole life and I didn't have a huge down payment. But Eric met me at 8 pm on a weeknight and walked me through the process of buying my first home.

I was resistant to being "sold" to, but Eric immediately made me feel like he wasn't a salesman. He would answer questions at all times of the day and he would send me houses that he thought I would like.

In March of 2019, my wife and I closed on our first home and it wouldn't have been possible without Eric's knowledge and experience. Since then, Eric and have continued to stay in touch and I consider him a friend. That's the type of realtor he is. He's not only interested in selling you a home, but he's also interested in you as a person and that's what makes him a special Realtor.

After struggling to get the listing realtor and my own bank appointed realtor to come show the property to me, I went online and threw the request out to the Universe. Eric was the first to respond that day which was Sunday we made arrangements to view the property Monday. He showed up looking professional and armed with information on the property including any of the concerns and challenges that had been preventing it from selling. He was honest and straight forward and when I insisted on proceeding with an offer. I am a 1st time home owner and a single parent. I had a lot of silly questions and extra cautious with committing to this large investment. I had no resources readily available luckily Eric did! He may not be from CO but in the time he has been here he has done quite well to familiarize with the land, people and other charms of CO to provide excellent recommendations to match your wants and needs.
